Job Type: Independent Contractor

Position: On-site Therapist (LMSW, LPC, LMFT)
 

At Parmelee & Associates, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered therapy in a supportive group practice environment. Our team of experienced professionals share a common drive to consistently deliver outstanding mental-health care and outcomes to our clientele. We are currently seeking an independent contractor therapist to join our practice.

 

Responsibilities:

- Provide evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to individual client needs; individual, couple or family, and/or group modalities.

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

- Demonstrate cultural competence and empathy in serving diverse populations.

- Practice discretion by maintaining compliance with HIPAA requirements and ethics as outlined by state law and your licensing board, to protect client privacy and confidentiality.

 

Qualifications:

- Licensed as a LMSW/LPC/LMFT in Michigan

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.

- Strong therapeutic skills in various modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
